After payment claims are sent to Medicare electronically via our EFTPOS machine and the Medicare Rebate will be automatically deposited straight back to your EFTPOS card (Savings or Cheque) providing all of your information is up to date with Medicare.

Medicare will not deposit your rebate back to a Credit Card account.

Private fees will apply if concession cards are not valid

Workers Compensation – full fee payable at the time of consultation. All WorkCover claims do not attract a Medicare rebate. Our reception staff will explain the process at the time of consultation. Workers Compensation Fees are as per SIRA rates 2022.

Standard Consultation: $89.00 (No Medicare Rebate)

Long Consultation: $162.00 (No Medicare Rebate)

Prolonged Consultation: $250.00 (No Medicare Rebate)

For Workers Compensation a Certificate of capacity is payable on the 1st consultation of $53.24 (inc GST)

Case Conference: $27.17 (inc GST per: 5 mins)

Consultations which attract an additional private fee are as follows;

Reciprocal Medicare Card Holders or patients who are not registered or do not have a current Medicare Card

Standard & Commercial Drivers Licence Medical Assessments

Medical Assessments

Medicals for other purposes e.g. General, Insurance, Legal & Pre-employment

Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle claims

Minor Procedures, Implanon removal and insertion

We do not give accounts and FULL payments are requested on the day of consult.

Payment may be made by CASH, EFTPOS, MASTERCARD, and VISA.  Cheques will only be accepted upon prior approval from Management.
